Minerva "Minette" A. Carag

US Certified John Maxwell Trainer and Coach, Author, Co-founder of a global business, Sante International. Principal host and Lead Facilitator of Live2Lead

Minerva Carag presently serves as one of the founders and directors of Sante International Inc., one of the fastest growing direct selling companies in the Philippines, now expanding into the global market. She is a registered nurse by profession. Her portfolio includes experience in project management, advancing sales teams, and crafting marketing strategies. She has had about two decades experience in product research and development that contributed to the growth of the company’s flagship product, Sante Barley.

Minette is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (MLCT) speaker, coach, and trainer with 20 years of experience in sales, operations, and network marketing. She graduated magna cum laude from the Philippine Christian University and worked in critical care during the early part of her career. Her passion is to help people find their purpose and she delights in seeing transformation happen to those she is able to connect with.

She has also authored a book entitled “When Troubles Trouble You: Finding Answers in the Midst of Pain” which is a collection of lessons learned from personal tragedies. The book was released during the height of the pandemic to help people navigate through troubled seasons of life.

With over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, financial analysis, operations, and decision analysis, Coach DJ has the breadth and depth of experience needed to improve the bottom line profits of companies through market expansion, development of HR skills and team spirit, brand development and more.

Coach DJ has always been a consencious student during her college days and graduated top of her class in 1983. She founded Remspec in 1992 after gaining much management experience in Tayabas Beach Beach Resort which was owned by her parents. After successfully closing major contracts with many multinational companies and SMEs, she decided to bring her clients to other resorts and hotels, making Remspec one of the marketing agencies in the tourism industry. She served as Sales Director in many recreational facilities, the last one as the Sales Director of Legenda Hotel in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, a 500 room, 5-star international hotel owned by the Gentings Group and later by the Legend Internatioal Resorts, Ltd.

Coach DJ is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed Real Estate Broker, passed the Insurance Underwriting Exams with flying colors, was a scholar when she took up Masteral Studies in Management in Leeds Beckett University, granted her after winning their literary competition. She continues to study to better herself, lately getting into computer science lessons at Harvard University. Her consultancy services has been hired for project proposal preparations for the Office of the President or the Houe of Congress, for event management for events that run to thousands of guests, preparation of feasibility studies or as business development coach of many start-up companies.
